Payment Methods
Choose a method below to pay for your annual membership:
1. For online payment by major credit card
MRPA Annual Membership Fee
Select your number of rental units to view the amount due. Then press the "PAY BY CREDIT CARD" button. You will be transferred to our secure check-out process. At completion, you will be sent a confirmation e-mail.
2. PAY BY CHECK
Alternately, you may pay your annual membership fee by check. Please follow these steps:
1. Issue a check payable to:
Marin Rental Property Association
2. Enter the amount, based on the number of rental units you own or manage:
0 units: $60, 1-10 units: $70, 11-50 units: $100, 51 or more units: $160
3. If the name printed on the check differs from the name of the primary contact member of MRPA, please indicate on the check the name of the primary member.
4. Mail your check to:

5. Your cashed check will be your receipt.
