Laura is a local attorney who defends property owners in cases filed for violation of the federal Fair Housing Act, California Fair Employment and Housing Act, Unruh and Disabled Persons Act. There has been a rise in cases filed against landlords based on their failure to properly respond to requests from tenants for reasonable accommodations. This presentation will review the relevant laws and recommend courses of action.
